Your Momentum account and shopping details
You can shop as a guest or use one Momentum account for shop orders and verified parent/student access. We store your account email and order history. When you choose to save delivery details, we store your recipient name, phone number and Singapore address to fill future checkouts. You can edit or remove the saved address in your account; order records retain the details used for that order.
After email verification, previous guest shop orders using that email may appear in your account. Your chosen login email can differ from the student-record contact email. You may request a family link using the Student ID, your name, contact number and relationship. Staff verify and approve requests before granting access; knowing a student name or ID does not grant access. Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Website measurement
We use Google Ads and Google Analytics on our public class and enquiry pages to understand visits and measure clicks on our WhatsApp enquiry links. These services may use cookies and advertising click identifiers to help us understand which ads lead to enquiries. A WhatsApp click does not tell us whether a message was sent or a booking was made.
Our measurement events do not include enquiry form contents, student names or IDs, email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp message text, receipt information or private payment links. We do not install these marketing tags on student accounts, admin pages, grading pages or payment pages. Advertising personalisation and automatic user-provided data collection are disabled in this website implementation.
