About this product
The JCalicu 1010 covers the instep, the top of your foot, with foam padding. The heel and ball of the foot stay exposed so they can make contact with the mat. Elastic straps with hook-and-loop fastenings secure the guard.
To choose a size, measure your foot length in millimetres and compare it with the ranges shown in the size selector. For example, 250–255mm is size M. If your measurement falls between the listed ranges, ask your coach to check the fit.
