Welcome to Momentum Taekwondo! We appreciate your interest in our classes. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling your child in our Taekwondo programmes.

For classes under People’s Association (CCs/RCs/RNs), you agree to abide by the terms outlined here on their website: https://www.onepa.gov.sg/terms-and-conditions

For classes under Momentum Taekwondo, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below:

Enrolment and Fees:

1.1 Payment of fees is required before the commencement of each term to ensure your child's participation in group classes.

1.2 Late payments may result in the delay or denial of class participation.

​

 Refund Policy: 

2.1 All fees paid are non-refundable, except as specified in clause 2.2.

2.2 Full refunds will only be considered if a written request is submitted at least 7 days before the start date of a new term. Refunds will be granted solely for medical or compassionate reasons, supported by appropriate documentation.

Cancellation or Withdrawal:

3.1 Should you wish to withdraw your child from our programmes after the commencement of the term, no refunds will be provided.

3.2 In case of prolonged absence due to medical reasons, a pro-rata credit for future terms may be considered upon presentation of valid medical documentation.

Class Participation:

4.1 To ensure a positive learning environment, students are expected to attend classes regularly.

4.2 Students who have not paid their fees in full by the start of the term may be denied participation in group classes.

Make-up Classes:

5.1 Regrettably, our policy does not include provisions for make-up classes in the event of missed sessions. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to the administrative team or coach for further details or assistance.

Class cancellations:

6.1 Momentum Taekwondo reserves the right to cancel lessons due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 In the event of lesson cancellation, refunds for that session will be provided.

Code of Conduct:

7.1 Students are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of Momentum Taekwondo during classes and events.

7.2 Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the programme.

Changes to Schedule or Programmes:

8.1 Momentum Taekwondo reserves the right to modify class schedules, programmes, or instructors when necessary. Notice will be provided in advance whenever possible.

Liability:

9.1 Momentum Taekwondo holds no liability for injuries sustained before and after classes, events, or on the premises. In the case of injuries occurring during lessons, coverage may be considered under our insurance service, subject to a case-by-case evaluation and presentation of valid medical documentation. Parents/legal guardians are required to assume full responsibility for their child's participation in our programmes.

10.1 Personal information provided during the enrolment process will be treated confidentially and used only for administrative purposes.
