Intraclub Kyorugi (Sparring) Training Competition 2025

Join us for an exhilarating day of Taekwondo sparring! Open to students from Green Belt to Poom Belts, this competition will feature multiple matches with a mix of round-robin and elimination stages. Matches will be conducted within the Singapore Taekwondo Federation (World Taekwondo Federation) sparring rules, with kicking to the head allowed.

Date: 1st November 2025, Saturday

Time: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Location: Tiong Bahru Community Club (Indoor Hall)

Belt Level: Green Belt to Poom Belts

Participation Fee: $90 per participant

Competition Format:

• Each match consists of 3 rounds, each lasting 1 minute with 30 seconds break in-between.

• Participants can expect 2 to 4 matches each, depending on the no. of fighters in the same category.

Gear Requirements:

• Full Uniform with Belt: Not Provided

• Groin Guard: Not Provided (Must bring your own)

• Arm Guard: Provided (You may bring your own for hygiene purposes)

• Shin Guard: Provided (You may bring your own for hygiene purposes)

• Headgear & Body Protector: Provided (Shared gear available)

Note: All participants must have their own uniform and groin guard to compete. Please ensure that any gear purchased is Taekwondo-specific.
